Hi Justin! I´ve looked thorugh your vids and doesn´t find anyone tha explanes how you should place you right hand, the pick hand, i relationship to the guitar. It would be really nice if you went throgh that. because i´ve looked around on youtube without any sucsses finding it. Tnx man!

  39. 1234Sebster says:

Found a solution i been taking chords and stuff from the bands i take note to and it sounds alot better i reckon my problem was before all i would do is play power chords and now that im getting better and using more stuff it sounds more like the bands i take note to

  40. mrsuga123 says:

I have the EXACT same problem…

  41. 1234Sebster says:

How come i despise my guitar style i sound like metallica and i despise them i like bands like joe satriani and led zeppelin and stuff but i sound like metallica and slayer or something and i despise it what should i do

  42. Lutherro says:

way to go, keep rockin’ :)

  44. Lutherro says:

of course it is! he knows what he’s saying, he’s doing all that stuff for free, I really feel that Justin is my personal teacher ;)

  45. xXBuccinOXx says:

As far as how often you should practice, is a complicated question to answer. I practice for 3 hours a day (everyday possible) , atleast when I have 3 hours. Not all at once of course, usually about an hour at a time. Sometimes I practice for 6 hours a day. My hands are fine.

  46. SmokieMac says:

I just loaned one of my guitars to a 15-year ancient who wanted to learn guitar. I don’t have time, or the skill, to teach her. There was no hesitation where to send her. Justin is the best teacher I’ve encountered on the web or anyplace else. Agony take you from this is a guitar to advanced stuff that someday I hope to learn. After very nearly 50 years of playing, I’m still culture from Justin.

  47. MrFaulconbridge says:

is justin guitar the best site to use to learn guitar ? :)

  48. PeterTheEvilBastard says:

Not anymore I don’t ;P. Practice makes perfect.

  49. nuub13 says:

You must have really weak fingertips, Peter :-s

  50. GoRetroGirl says:

Wow – I’ve been practicing for 1/2 – 1 hour each day since I started culture about 3 weeks ago…mainly because I just like it so much. Have some excellent callouses on my left hand and it doesn’t hurt my fingertips anymore.

Awesome videos and lesson plot, Justin – I am culture SO much from you and having a blast!
