Merle Haggard – Workin’ Man Blues (Country Guitar Lesson)

Howdy. In this people guitar video lesson I’m gonna show you how to play the intro, the guitar solo and the outro of Workin’ Man Blues by Merle Haggard. The guitar solo was played on the original record by the fantastic James Burton. You’ll find the backing track for practicing here: www.dariocortese.com Thanks for watching! Dario

In this guitar lesson we check out the Harp Harmonic technique, as used by Tommy Emmanuel and Chet Atkins. It sounds awesome on acoustic guitars. In this vid I have my acoustic plugged into a TC electronic G System to add a small delay and reverb, and then it’s through my AER acoustic amplifier.Taught by Justin Sandercoe. Full support at the justinguitar web site where you will find hundreds of lessons on a wide range of subjects, and all the scales and chords that you will ever need! There is a fantastic forum too to get help, no matter what the problem. And it is all really free, no bull. No try out lessons, no memberships, no free ebook. Just tons of fantastic lessons :) To get help with this lesson (and for further info and tabs), find the Lesson ID in the video title (like ST-667 or whatever) and then look it up on the Lesson Index page of justinguitar.com www.justinguitar.com Have fun .

@German1Country Daniel.. it’s very hard to tell. It depends where are you starting from and how much time you wanna spend on it. Anyway, my approach is “If I like a song, I will learn it, regardless how long it’ll take!” :)

  4. German1Country says:
